Crafted at origin, never blended.

Every product traces back to a single terroir: the Affery cocoa belt in eastern Côte d'Ivoire, grown under forest canopy by the COOP-CA-ECAAF cooperative (Entreprise Coopérative Agricole d'Affery). Fermentation begins within 48 hours of harvest for a cleaner aroma, and the full transformation — from bean to couverture — happens in Côte d'Ivoire.
